01.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between jilidream and every individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jilidream platform in any capacity. Access to jilidream constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilidream platform and close your account.

jilidream reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilidream will notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of jilidream following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with jilidream's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilidream.

02.Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on jilidream, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated under Philippine law for participation in casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jilidream, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from jilidream or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jilidream or any relevant regulatory authority.

jilidream reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jilidream may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.

03.Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active jilidream account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering a jilidream account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change after registration.
• Create a strong, unique password for your jilidream account and keep it strictly confidential.
• Not share your jilidream login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify jilidream immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

jilidream implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. jilidream's KYC requirements are non-negotiable and apply to all registered players.

jilidream accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your jilidream account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

04.Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jilidream accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jilidream does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Deposits are generally credited to your jilidream wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. jilidream is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) hour under normal operating conditions, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements. jilidream reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the jilidream account. jilidream reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming ownership of the withdrawal account before releasing funds.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jilidream are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jilidream is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

05.Bonuses & Promotions

jilidream offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are communicated at the time each promotion is offered and form part of the overall agreement between you and jilidream.

• Bonuses are credited to your jilidream account in accordance with the terms of each specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• jilidream reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• jilidream reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other fraudulent means.
• Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible for certain promotional offers.

06.Game Rules & Fairness

Each game category is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game on jilidream, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

All games available on jilidream use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. jilidream partners exclusively with licensed and reputable game providers. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information section.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jilidream reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jilidream's technical logs constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions. In the event of a dispute between a player's records and jilidream's server logs, jilidream's server logs shall prevail.

07.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilidream platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jilidream, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jilidream games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jilidream immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the jilidream platform.
• Accessing jilidream from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your jilidream account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jilidream staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jilidream platform.

jilidream employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by jilidream's security team. jilidream cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity.

08.Intellectual Property

All content on the jilidream platform – including but not limited to the jilidream brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of jilidream or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilidream platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilidream content without prior written consent.
• Use the jilidream brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on jilidream's content or platform.
• Use jilidream's content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorized use of jilidream's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

09.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilidream, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jilidream platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jilidream's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilidream platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilidream account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilidream does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilidream makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilidream's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10.Responsible Gaming

jilidream is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. jilidream provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible at any time through your jilidream account settings.

11.Account Suspension & Termination

jilidream reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider.
• Determination that you are ineligible to hold a jilidream account under Section 2.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, jilidream will return any verified, unencumbered balance remaining in your account after deducting any amounts owed to jilidream, including any bonus funds subject to forfeiture. jilidream's decision regarding account closure is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.

You may close your jilidream account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

12.Amendments to These Terms

jilidream reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, jilidream will provide advance notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jilidream platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using jilidream and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jilidream platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through jilidream's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilidream from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
