PLAYER PROTECTION TOOLS
All of these tools are available directly from your jilidream account settings. They are free, easy to use, and take effect immediately. You are always in control.
Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your jilidream account per day, per week, or per month. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately; raising it requires a 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
Cap the total amount you can lose within a set time period. When your loss limit is reached, jilidream will automatically suspend your gaming session for the remainder of that period. This tool is especially useful for players who want a hard financial boundary on their gaming activity.
Set a maximum session duration. jilidream will display a countdown timer during your session and notify you when your time is up. You can choose to receive a reminder at the halfway point as well. Sessions can be set from 30 minutes up to 8 hours.
Take a short break from jilidream without fully closing your account. Cooling-off periods can be set for 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. Your account and balance are preserved and accessible again when the period ends.
If you feel your gaming is becoming a problem, you can request self-exclusion from jilidream for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended and you will be removed from all jilidream marketing communications. To request self-exclusion, contact jilidream support immediately.
Enable periodic pop-up notifications during your gaming session that display how long you have been playing and your net win/loss for the session. These reality checks help you stay aware of your gaming activity and make informed decisions about whether to continue playing.
